Managing Director
Richard started out as a programmer, leading a development team that delivered websites and systems for public and private sector clients. Managing each part of the project process his skills and expertise goes beyond just the technical, he has helped many customers understand the needs of both the business and the users to help ensure projects are a success.
He’s also taught web design at the University of Hull, speaks at conferences and was awarded the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the Scarborough Business Awards. He volunteers as Yorkshire, The Humber and North East as policy representative for the Federation of Small Businesses and has represented small businesses from local Government to Number 10 Downing Street.

Andy’s passion lies in understanding new technologies and helping customers to make the right decision and avoid unnecessary costs when it comes to implementing them. He has over 15 years working for a large printing company that delivered projects
for large multi-nationals, to tight deadlines all over the world; including BT, Audi, Avon and Virgin Cosmetics.
Andy is a board director at Beyond Housing.
Lead Developer
Jack is our ace in the pack, he’s an all-round developer who leads our development projects. He has deep experience building responsive websites, PHP driven platforms and native mobile apps. He can help you take your data and make it usable online or even plug-in to your existing systems.

Gabrielle supports the business strategy of Askew Brook and our clients. She works across finance, marketing and HR; whilst also providing support to our team throughout every stage of our projects. She’s equally at home writing policies, creating training documentation or creating product videos.

Simon is an illustrative designer with over 15 years commercial experience in both corporate and freelance roles. As well as being a member of the Association of Illustrators, he has also had work featured in London Galleries and has worked with publishers (check out his work). Simon also has a strong track record in web development which allows him to bridge the gap between design and development.

Adam is a programmer who is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Coventry University. Adam has a very deep understanding of many programming languages and has a keen interest in games development and VR.
